We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Clayton County's selfie museum.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced selfie museum environment and make a positive impact on our customers' experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making sure that all selfie museum backdrops, and equipment are running smoothly and are operational at all times during shift.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy - Check in customers and assist with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Assist with setting up for private parties - Consistently post on social media platforms - Daily preparation of selfie museum equipment for bookings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Sales experience is preferred - Proficiency in social media posting experience is a plus - Reliable transortation is a must - Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus
