Closer to perform tours and complete follow up call to prospective guests at a luxury wedding/event venue (12 miles south of Hartfield International Airport).
We have excellent traffic flow from our stellar reputation and online presence and need a Rock Star salesperson to complete the sale! We would also like a driven marketer with fresh ideas for new social media ads, open houses, anything to drive more traffic through our venue, and ultimately, CLOSE DEALS! The ideal candidate for this position would have inside sales expertise.
The candidate must have notable success building rapport, analyzing customer needs, and overcoming challenging obstacles.
The successful candidate will have a big personality and a passionate heart for serving out clients and creating a huge presence in the mind of ATL area brides! The duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
-Marketing the venue in person & online -Networking with existing and new leads -Schedule and complete property tours -Maintain a log of all daily sales activity (database) -CLOSE DEALS with enthusiasm -Complete the property rental agreement with brides & grooms including translation of our client contract.
-Forward the guest details to our staff event coordinators in written form Requirements:
-Ability to work a variety of shifts-nights, weekends and holidays -Must be local to the Atlanta area -Strong Sales track record with an Always Be Closing attitude -Able to meet sales quotas monthly -Strong sales track record -Marketing experience, both in person and digital -Ability to come up with innovative ideas for lead generation & creative ways to showcase our property to potential brides -Tremendous interpersonal skills-verbal, written, listening skills and presentation -Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Preferred:
-Venue Sales background -Team Management experience -Social Media Marketing experience We are open to a competitive salary plus a very generous commission structure.
Hourly wage if quota has been met.
Added Bonus.
Based on experience, Full time, contract commission.
$36,000 and up.
